The 10 of the 11 revolutionaries from Turkey, who were released pending trial, made a press statement before the appeal hearing held on January 30, 2023, outside of Korydallos Prison in Athens, Greece. The comrades Ali Ercan Gökoğlu gave speeches in Turkish, Şadi Naci Özpolat in English and Halil Demir in Greek. It was emphasized the victory of the hunger and the court process is not over yet, and that the struggle for justice will continue until the end.
