NATO was founded on April 4, 1949 by the USA, Canada and ten Western European countries. The history of NATO is a history of aggression and lies. NATO means occupation, oppression, war crimes, torture, murder, poverty, exploitation, injustice, counter-guerrillas, enemies of the peoples of the world! It means solitary confinement, anti-terror laws and disinformation. An organization for the expansion of US hegemony over the whole world. In the meantime, NATO has become a global military power with 32 members. NATO is not threatened by anyone, NATO threatens all mankind.
This year we witnessed once again that, the aggressiveness of NATO continued all over the world:
The Trump’s plan to continue to attack Gaza to make it a riviera of US and Zionist monopolies and profits was announced.
The puppet regime of HTS in Syria that, established by US-EU-NATO countries, after 13 years of imperialist invasion in the country is now massacring Alawites.
The bombing of Yemen by the US and British imperialism and the attacks against Lebanese and Palestinian Resistance.
The attempts for expanding NATO in the Eastern Europe countries, the threats in NATO summits against China and Iran.
The massacre of thousands people in Palestine, Lebanon and Syria orchestrated by imperialism and zionism. They targeted resistance forces and civilians. For all these reasons we have the duty to take actions against NATO and its collaborators. That’s why we organize a worldwide campaign during the days around 4th April (the day NATO was founded) to condemn the NATO aggression.
We know very well that peoples’ resistance can stop the massacres and the imperialist aggression. We have the duty to unite and fight against imperialism and its collaborators. To demand the closure of all US- NATO bases that used to attack the peoples of the world.
We call all antiimperialist, antifascist organizations and all oppressed people of the world to join the campaign against NATO, to take action on 4th April, to unite all our forces against the common enemy of the people of the world.
