Anti- Imperialist Front: Freedom for Nikos Romanos
Revolutionary Nikos Romanos was arrested on Monday 18 November in Athens in his neighborhood and imprisoned on Friday 22 November for the case of the Ampelokipi explosion. The only evidence that exists in the case file and implicates him in it, is the “discovery” of a part of his fingerprint in a garbage bag in which according to the police, founded in the house. Evidence flimsy as it relates to a print on a mobile object. He made it clear that he denied the charges and, charged with a heavy and flimsy indictment under 187A, the so-called anti terror law, he imprisoned on 22 November.
In order to conceal their crimes, they label as terrorists all those fighting for a world without exploitation of people from the Palestinian Resistance to Nikos Romanos. Nikos Romanos, who at the age of 15 saw his friend and comrade, anarchist student Alexis Grigoropoulos murdered by police bullets. Nikos Romanos, who in 2014, went on a hunger strike to break the exception regime for political prisoners and to be able to take the educational leave that the law provided for in order to attend his school.
