We strongly condemn the brutal, cowardly murder and torture of the 2 revolutionaries, party leaders of CPP in the Philippines, Benito (Ka Laan) and Wilma Austria-Tiamzon (Ka Bagong-tao).
Ka Laan and Ka Bagong-tao had been captured by Armed Forces of fhe Philippines along with 8 other revolutionaries from the Samar province on August 21, 2022.
They were subjected to severe beatings and other forms of tortures before being killed.It was noted also that their already dead bodies were dumped with explosives on a motorboat before detonated between Catbalogan and Taranganan island.
Even if it is attempted to hide this big crime, such methods against revolutionaries are well-known not only in ths Philippines but in several countries under the political and military influence of imperialism.
We once again condemn this assassination and pay tribute to all the martyred revolutionaries in struggle for a just life and freedom.
We also deliver our Greetings to the Filipino people for the 50th Anniversary of National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP) which has guided the Democratic People’s Revolutions for decades in the Philippines.
A tribute once more to Jose Maria Sison (Ka Joma), its founder and leader who his struggle remains in the hearts of thousands of people of the World.
