The Youth Communes Organised a conference in Berlin with the theme Youth against War and Fascism.
Flyers and stickers were put up to inform people about the hunger strike.
We, as spectators/guests of the conference, made a counter-speech and criticism that the speakers of the 2nd panel did not address the role of imperialism.
Except for one Latin American comrade who knows the role of imperialism from the history of his people and knows how to analyse it.
We also brought the position that the war in Ukraine is not a war of Russia against Ukraine, but a massacre of the peoples by the murderer of the peoples of this world, the USA 🇺🇸 and the peoples there are abused and massacred for US imperialist NATO interests as in Africa, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq. Because war is going on there since the US Euro Nato coup, and before the Russian intervention, it was reported by OSCE (publicly available) that the shelling from the West into the East of Ukraine at the Donbass front 2 weeks before the intervention was at least 30 times higher (daily) than before, so the aggression again as in 2014 came from the collaborator regime. Any other position or “attitude” is the historiography of imperialism and not of the peoples.
We noticed that the term imperialism was not mentioned in the topic of the conference, which shows a problem we are currently facing.
That the left, especially in Europe, takes imperialism for granted and does not even mention it. Speakers accepted the criticis.
