STOP THE MASSACRES IN THE PHILIPPINES, SOLIDARTY WITH THE PROGRESSIVE, REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENT IN THE PHILIPPINES!
AIF has joined an online-protest Wednesday evening, the 10th of March, with its supporters of Austria and Belarus to condemn a brutal attack and massacre by the fascist regime in the Philippines in Southern Tagalog region, leading to 9 deaths and 6 arrests of political activists.
International supporters joined the event and expressed solidarity with the struggle for justice in the Philippines. AIF once again called for unity in struggle for justice all over the world and expressed condolences and sympathy with all comrades and families of the victims.
It was stressed that the real terrorists are those oppressing people and make them suffering, not those who struggle for humanity, peace, freedom and a better life for all humans. It was said that from Philippines to Turkey, from Africa to Asia and Latin America, the peoples face injustice and that we should stand together to stop the crimes committed for profit and power. It was also promised that AIF would not just support the online protest but also take the streets along with Filipino comrades to protest this massacre and increase international solidarity!
Also Grup Yorum Solidarity Committee from Germany sent international solidarity through a message in the meeting and Saluted the Fraternity of the People!
From various countries supporters and antifascist groups expressed their sympathy and support for the Filipino struggle..
The crimes of fascism won’t be forgotten!
We will demand justice with our brothers and sisters in the Philippines and in the world!
