Hasan Unutan Arrested by German Imperialism!
Release Hasan Unutan Now!
Hasan Unutan has been taken into custody in a police raid to his house in Mannheim, in Germany on 9 February 2023 and has been arrested by the court at noon and has been sent to Stammheim Prison.
In the early morning of 9/2, the police raided Hasan Unutan’s house by breaking down the doors and detained him in front of his children by putting him on the ground and handcuffing him behind his back.
Hasan Unutan is a comrade of the revolutionaries, is an anti-imperialist and anti-fascist.
German imperialism in collaboration with AKP fascism attacking revolutionism and our revolutionary values.
The announced grounds for arrest are as follows:
- Deposit money to revolutionary prisoners.
- Having revolutionary journalist and prisoner Özgül Emre’s photo on Facebook profile picture.
- Attending the funeral of revolutionaries.
- Participating in the march against the 129a/b law in Berlin with his son and setting up the sound system there.
- Attending Grup Yorum concerts.
- Open El Ele cultural center
Hasan Unutan has been arrested mainly because he defended the revolution, supported and embraced revolutionaries, and defended revolutionary values.
One more time the grounds for Hasan Unutan’s arrest are an admission that in imperialist Germany is no justice. Because Hasan Unutan’s activities are not crime. Hasan Unutan must be released immediately.
We protest the unjust arrest of Hasan Unutan and condemn the police terror.

Hasan Unutan Alman Emperyalizmi Tarafından Tutuklandı; Derhal Serbest Bırakılsın!
Hasan Unutan, 9 Şubat 2023 tarihinde Almanya’nın Mannheim şehrinde evine yapılan polis baskınında gözaltına alındı ve öğlen saatlerinde çıkarıldığı mahkeme tarafından tutuklanarak Stammheim Hapishanesi’ne gönderildi.
Polis, sabah saatlerinde Hasan Unutan’ın evine kapıları kırarak baskın düzenledi ve Hasan Unutan’ı çocuklarının gözü önünde yere yatırıp ters kelepçe takarak gözaltına aldı.
Hasan Unutan, devrimcilerin dostu, anti-emperyalist ve anti-faşist bir yoldaşımızdır.
Alman emperyalizmi Hasan Unutan nezdinde devrimciliğe, devrimci değerlerimize saldırıyor.
Açıklanan tutuklama gerekçeleri şunlar:
- Devrimci tutsaklara para yatırmak.
- Facebook profil resminde devrimci gazeteci Özgül Emre’nin fotoğrafının olması.
- Devrimcilerin cenazesine katılmak.
- 129a/b yasasına karşı Berlin’de yapılan yürüyüşe oğlu ile beraber katılmak ve oradaki ses sistemini kurmak.
- Grup Yorum konserlerine katılmak.
- El Ele derneği açmak
Hasan Unutan, esas olarak devrimi savunduğu, devrimcileri desteklediği-sahiplendiği, devrimci değerlere sahip çıktığı için tutuklandı.
Hasan Unutan’ın tutuklanma gerekçeleri, Alman emperyalist devletinde adalet olmadığını göstergesidir. Çünkü Hasan Unutan’ın yaptıkları suç değildir. Hasan Unutan derhal serbest bırakılmalıdır.
Hasan Unutan’ın haksız ve adaletsiz bir şekilde tutuklanmasını protesto ediyor, yaşanan polis terörünü kınıyoruz.
