Let us develop the war for revolution and against imperialism and its collaborators
The AKP is again organising and equipping all its institutions for war against the people. For a long time we have been writing about the crisis of the AKP’s inability to rule. This crisis will deepen and grow inside the oligarchic system that can create no alternative to the AKP. And the AKP can create no politics other than to step up its terror against the people. Because the real and only alternative to the AKP is the people. Its fear is of a growing opposition with the revolutionary politics of the people in the vanguard. And it is with this fear that all sections who do not support the AKP are regarded as enemies. The AKP tries to compel all sections with „either you are with me or you are against me“.
This crisis will deepen and grow and in these conditions there is no room for reformism or conciliation.
After the June Uprising the AKP saw that it was not on solid ground. And as a result of this crisis the AKP brought out new anti-terror laws, police organisations were equipped with TOMAs, armoured cars and gas canisters appropriate to a civil war.
And the „high security“ palaces and „top level“ security precautions are also the result of this. This is done because of the AKP’s fear oft he people and the revolutionaries.
The AKP’s latest repressive laws are the result of this fear. With repression and terror laws and with massacres the AKP wants to repress the people and the revolutionaries.
But the AKP will not be able to achieve what it wants. It will not be able to prevent the growing anger oft he people and resistance with revolutionary politics in the vanguard.
Actions and resistance in very varied forms will grow.
AKP fascism is causing popular opposition to grow with its fascist terror methods but makes organised sections ineffective and causes them to scatter
By regarding all sections that do not support it as enemies, the AKP is causing the opposition front to grow. But the biggest weakness of this opposition is its lack of organisation.
For since the AKP came to power it has concentrated its attacks on organised sectors.
To destroy the revolutionaries, imperialism and the oligarchy continued isolation attacks in the F-Type prisons, and with the politics of the December 19 massacre it sought to intimidate the resisting revolutionary movement, isolate it from the people and destroy it. For seven years of the Great Resistance the AKP continued this policy. Reformism and the petit bourgeois layers inside the system had been intimidated even before the December 19 massacre. Opportunists did not resist the F-Type isolation policy and sought to legitimise not resisting it, with their own decay and disappearance accompanying this process…
Since this process started the Kurdish nationalist movement has shown conciliation, a tendency to surrender and liquidation. Öcalan confessed this when he said, „We handed power to the AKP on a golden tray“, and the Kurdish nationalist movement has been a crutch for the AKP throughout its time in power.
Today reformism and opportunism have become a reserve force fort he Kurdish nationalist movement in its policies of conciliation, liquidation and surrender… That is, these forces cannot in an „organised“ way, be a threat for the AKP despite its deepening crisis and inability to rule. On the contrary, they are being pulled inside the system with „solutions, peace, conciliation“ at the same time that popular anger is growing.
The clearest example of this was the June Uprising. The Kurdish nationalist movement evaluated the June Uprising as „an attempt to sabotage the solution process“ and from the first days of the uprising reformists and opportunists sought to scatter the people and finish the rebellion. Workers, civil servants, youth in schools and universities, small business people took part in the uprising, but supposedly mighty trade union federations of workers and civil servants and professional organisations and chambers did not respect this. In organised form it is known that trade unions, chambers and professional organisations did not make a move during the people’s uprising and served AKP policies.
During its time in office the AKP has attacked these institutions one by one. And by not resisting these attacks these institutions have cut themselves off from the people and this is the condition they are in today.
IT IS ONLY THE REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENT, THE FRONT, THAT HAS NOT BEEN INTIMIDATED AND MADE TO SURRENDER BY THE AKP
The victory of our Great Resistance made the oligarchy say, „You changed the name of Kizildere but you did not change“, and it made America say, „WE KNOW THAT OUR WORK WILL NOT BE EASY IN DEALING WITH A RESISTANCE LASTING 7 YEARS… WE WILL NEVER ALLOW AN ML ORGANISATION TO BE A FORCE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH… AFTER THIS THEY WILL BE A NEGATIVE EXAMPLE TO THE WORLD AND EVERYBODY WILL BE ABLE TO SENSE THEIR OWN STRENGTH AND CARRY OUT ACTIONS AGAINST US – THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS DEVELOPMENT… WE WILL NEVER ALLOW THIS… THE DHKP-C CREATES A THREAT TO OUR REGIONAL INTERESTS…“
The imperialists and their collaborators could not make the revolutionaries surrender with the F-Type isolation policies. In our resistance lasting seven years, with 122 martyrs, we showed the world that we would resist every kind of attack from imperialism and fascism.
For seven years they asked us, „Why are you dying?“ And this is our answer: while the whole left was disappearing, while organisations pursuing armed struggle were giving up their weapons, our existence, our failure to be destroyed, our resistance line as a weapon in the hands of our people is the reason why we were dying. And the victory of the Great Resistance is the proof of its greatness.
While the left is undergoing a process of conciliation with and surrender to the system, and is liquidating itself, the people’s resistance is growing and our great resistance found a resonance among the people and is the victory of resistance.
The reality is that the AKP’s fears are growing and the oligarchy’s inability to find a way out is becoming clearer. The people’s anger cannot be expressed in opposition within the system, but develops with revolutionary politics in the vanguard.
This is not a period in which the people were intimidated by the opening of the F-Type prisons of 2000, it is a period of growing people’s resistance under the impact of the Great Resistance.
Only we will be the targets of attacks by fascism! No movement can continue to exist unless it organises to oppose fascist attacks!
The inter-oligarchy clash today between the AKP and the supporters of Fethullah Gülen is seen as a fight for power. This is not correct. Only on the surface is it an AKP-Fethullah conflict. It is actually a conflict within the oligarchy. In the final analysis, when the oligarchic system is in danger, the sides in conflict will forget their differences and fight together against the people.
Beyond the AKP’s inter-oligarchy fight with Fethullah, it is actually stepping up its war against the people. Those who do not see this should take a look at the most recent repressive laws. The essential target of the most recent repressive laws is the people and the vanguard oft he people, the revolutionaries. The proof of this is the powers given to the police to kill the revolutionaries, the vanguard of the people, and the people after saying „they had masks on“ or „they had Molotovs in their hands“. These laws target any kind of legitimate resistance by the people.
The Fethullah supporters have never resisted in their history, they have been collaborators.
However much the base of the Kurdish nationalist movement might throw Molotovs or block roads, and might appear to be resisting the oligarchy, in the final analysis its politics are essentially about conciliation with it. The drawback for the oligarchy, more than the Kurdish nationalist movement , is the resistance dynamics oft he Kurdish people. The AKP wants to eliminate this step by step with the Kurdish nationalist movement. This is the essence of the „solution“ politics begun in Imrali.
The legal amendments for „internal security“ openly target the Front.
Kurdish nationalists, reformism, opportunism… It is the Front that openly calls on the people to resist and step up the war rather than seeking conciliation with fascism. It is the Front that directs the politics of millions and interprets their anger. The Front is identified by putting on masks and resistance actions using Molotovs. And this resistance is a weapon in the hands of the people. The people see the masks and the Molotov resistance as legitimate against AKP fascism. With every passing day more sections will seize hold of this weapon of resistance and with these laws the AKP is trying to prevent this.
These legal changes will not be the limit of AKP attacks on the Front… These laws of terror and repression are essentially the AKP’s civil war against the people, preparing the ground for a policy of massacres.
WE WILL NOT TAKE A STEP BACK? WE WILL USE EVERY FORM OF LEGITIMATE RESISTANCE AND WE WILL DEVELOP OUR WAR
At the start of the 1990s, when the counter-revolutionary winds were blowing and the imperialists proclaimed the end of history, the leadership took the decision for the Upsurge and had said the basic slogan of the period was „WE MUST RUN FASTER“.
Fort he Front, the same slogan is also valid today. We are the only organised force that will organise all sections oft he people exposed to the attacks of AKP fascism. For we are the only force that resists AKP fascism, calls fort he development of people’s war, fights with the aim of power and defends armed struggle.
This being the case, fascism’s attacks on us will only increase. We know this and all supporter s oft he Front must be prepared for this.
What does being prepared mean?
It means facing up to every attack by fascism and not hesitating to apply the resistance line.
Fascism is continually targeting our cadres.
This is not the first time we have been confronting attacks by fascism. Nor is the AKP our first experience of fascism. Since the start of the 1990s, in no period of government have the attacks on us lessened. Of our 600 martyrs more than 500 were after September 12, 1980. Every party coming to power has seen us as a particular threat.Outside of Kurdistan, disappearances, massacres, executions, torture and imprisonment have directly targeted us.
This is why no force can finish us through operations, imprisonment and massacres.
If the AKP policies are not the same as those oft he 1990s, the aim is the same. The difference is that in the 1990s there was a left with a line of resistance to fascism. From 2000 onward, with the F-Type isolation policies that the left did not resist, to a large extent the left has liquidated itself ideologically and politically. Today we are the only force that puts up organised resistance while fascism targets all sections of the people.
Since the start of 2013, plots have been laid in all areas and operations carried out to finish us. They did not succeed. We have shown that operations, massacres and imprisonment will not finish us. There will be all attacks of this kind.
The way to frustrate these attacks is FOR EVERY SUPPORTER OF THE FRONT TO CREATE THE ALTERNATIVE.
To be prepared for enemy attacks means to organise the revolution despite every kind of fascist attack and to be the vanguard of people’s war.
We must be the cadres and leaders who will meet the demands of this period. We must create the cadres and leaders. For this every Front supporter in every area must create the alternative. And this is to set up committees.
COMMITTEES THAT LEAVE NOTHING IN A VACUUM.
Committees that solve every problem of life and war that we confront.
Committees mean organisation, and to organise.
Today, being ready for every kind of AKP attacks means to set COMMITTEES in motion.
The people is with us. Besides us there is no force resisting AKP fascism’s attacks and creating politics.
The people are not surrendering to AKP fascism and resist but they lack organisation. It lacks a strong leadership.
Today our duty is to lead millions and get them to fight fascism.
The AKP is organising and equipping its police, soldiers and civilian fascist gangs with the uppermost aim of war on the people.
The AKP will shrink from nothing in its efforts to hold on to power. It shows this at every opportunity.
In foreign policy it is clear that the AKP is ready for every kind of servitude to imperialism. In the Middle East it enthusiastically say to imperialism, „Use us.“ In internal policy it creates artificial hostilities among the people and militarises its own base.
Among the broadest section of the people, the AKP has lost legitimacy. Every means of resistance to the AKP and building up the war on it is legitimate. Fort he AKP does not even recognise its own laws. I fit feels it needs it, it issues a new law. All its laws are framed to boost AKP fascism. Nobody should expect the people to obey a government that does not respect its own laws.
The AKP lacks legitimacy. In the areas where we organise we must not recognise any AKP right to existence. We must demand a reckoning without waiting for AKP fascism to attack us. The AKP is guilty and with every passing day it commits a new crime against the people.
We must get the people to wage war and we must organise people’s war.
Every Front supporter must see him or herself as directing, getting to fight and providing people‘s leadership to thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions, seeing themselves as headquarters.
Today nobody can say that there is justice.
We have our own laws and our own justice. Fascism the world over is a crime against humanity. It is an honour to resist and fight fascism.
But to fight we have to get armed. The AKP is challenging the people. „If you damage one TOMA we will bring 10 of them,“ it says.
But even if they bring not ten but tens of thousands of TOMAs, they cannot prevail against the organised people.This is the verdict of history.
We will certainly not have TOMAs but we must use the most basic to do the greatest harm to the enemy. America sent the greatest military force to Vietnam but it was brought to a halt by the creativity oft he Vietnamese people. We too must bring the AKP’s TOMA vehicles to a halt when they try to enter our neighbourhoods.
We must teach the people to make war. We must develop tactics and methods to do the greatest harm tot he enemy with the simplest weapons.
We will learn war by fighting. We must trust in the creativity of the people. The possibilities and creativity of the people are limitless.
The people are a real force against fascism to the extent that we organise them and provide a vanguard. The honour of defeating fascism belongs to the revolutionaries. History will witness this again, let nobody doubt this.
