The ruling classes are unjust because they are an exploitative class by definition. They use law to justify their injustice. Their most important stronghold is the judiciary, and their most important weapon is the law.
They are effectively saying:
“We will exploit you, seize everything you have, and if you resist, we will arrest, torture, and kill you.”
They want us to stay silent in the face of exploitation, to surrender, and call it “destiny.” That is why they constantly pass new laws—each one more aggressive than the last. Each law becomes another tool of oppression against the people, because the goal of the law is to ensure the continuation of exploitation.
Harold Hamm is openly stating this reality: to maintain their exploitation and rule, imperialists must govern neo-colonial countries through fascism.
THE PEOPLE’S LAW IS TO RESIST AND STRUGGLE UNTIL EXPLOITATION ENDS
Just as imperialists have their law, the people also have their own law. We said law is class-based, and in class societies, there are exploiters and the exploited. These classes have opposing interests, and therefore their laws also reflect those interests.
YES, WE HAVE A LAW TOO—THE PEOPLE HAVE A LAW
And the only valid article in our law today is:
TO RESIST AND TO STRUGGLE.
To resist and struggle against imperialism and fascism.
To resist and struggle until ultimate liberation.
To resist and struggle until people’s power is established.
WHY IS OUR ONLY LAW TO RESIST AND TO STRUGGLE?
Because in today’s world, there is no other way to overcome the aggression of imperialism and fascism.
The imperialists and their collaborators want to exploit us forever. They want to turn the peoples of the world into eternal slaves. They want their luxurious lives to continue while our lives, full of hunger, blood, and tears, never change.
They want poverty and starvation to be our eternal fate. For this, they have laws and they use them against us.
But as the people, our law is to resist and fight against bourgeois laws and bourgeois justice.
In today’s world, those who do not resist, who do not fight, die. They submit to exploitation and imperialist domination—and expect others to do the same.
No—we will not submit!
And the people will not submit!
Bourgeois democracy is, in essence, a bloody dictatorship against the people. Its law is fascism—a law of terror. This law feeds on Africa’s hunger, Latin America’s bloody coups, the blood of Palestinians and Syrians. It feeds on the lives and blood of the people.
That is why the only valid law in our people’s justice today is:
TO RESIST AND STRUGGLE UNTIL FINAL LIBERATION.
WE WILL CONTINUE TO RESIST AND STRUGGLE UNTIL WE DRIVE OUT ALL IMPERIALIST MONOPOLIES AND THEIR COLLABORATORS FROM OUR LAND!
