USA WITHDREW FROM 31 INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: FOR THEM, ONLY THEIR OWN INTERESTS EXIST

U.S. Imperialism Is The Principal Enemy Of The Peoples Of The World.

It is the standard-bearer of imperialism.

By declaring itself the world’s gendarme, it has shed the blood of the world’s peoples in torrents and bears the primary responsibility for billions of people living in hunger and poverty. This is inherent in its nature. The issue is not who governs the United States or which individuals are in power. It is imperialist, and for this reason it constitutes the principal contradiction facing the peoples of the world. And this contradiction is developing in favour of the peoples. Therefore, in order to preserve its power and further expand the American empire, the United States has launched war against the peoples of the world.

THE UNITED STATES, FOUNDED ON JULY 4, 1776, IN ITS 250-YEAR HISTORY, HAS BEEN AT PEACE FOR ONLY SIXTEEN YEARS. FOR 234 YEARS, IT HAS BEEN WAGING WAR AGAINST THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD!

Although it is difficult to give a precise number, the United States has fought major wars with countries such as England, Mexico, Spain, Germany, Japan (during the Second Imperialist World War), Vietnam, Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan, Panama, Grenada, and Libya, and has also carried out wars against Indigenous tribes, civil wars, and countless smaller-scale interventions.

According to Brown University, more than 225,000 people have been killed in the wars continuing since 2001 (some estimates put the number as high as 4.5 million).

SINCE THE SECOND IMPERIALIST WORLD WAR, THE UNITED STATES HAS KILLED MORE THAN 20 MILLION PEOPLE IN 37 COUNTRIES!

The United States has organised coups. The September 12 coup in Turkey (in 1980) was U.S.-backed. It established special schools to train torturers and enemies of the people.

The United States continues to escalate its war against the peoples of the world.

The Trump administration announced that it would withdraw the United States from 66 international organisations, including 31 United Nations (UN) agencies and 35 non-UN organisations. When Trump was elected president for a second time, he withdrew from the Paris Climate Agreement. As a result, the U.S. will not comply with carbon reduction obligations.

If we were to list all the crimes committed by the United States, pages would not suffice. Therefore, let us explain here why the U.S. withdrew from 31 institutions:

According to a statement from the White House, U.S. President Trump signed an executive order instructing U.S. agencies to terminate participation and funding in 31 United Nations agencies and 35 non-UN international organisations “as soon as possible.” U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the decision in a written statement, saying:

“It is no longer acceptable for the blood, sweat, and tax dollars of the American people to be transferred to these institutions with little or no tangible return. The era in which billions of dollars of taxpayer money were funnelled to foreign interests at the expense of our people has ended.”

Marco Rubio openly states that the United States will not take part in any institution that does not serve its interests and will not use U.S. funds for the benefit of the peoples of the world. Because this is imperialism. It cuts down the tree whose shade it cannot sell.

A new report published by Oxfam shows that nearly two-thirds of the $42 trillion in new wealth created since 2020, an amount twice the total wealth owned by 99% of the world’s population, has been captured by the richest 1%.

Over the past decade, the richest 1% has claimed nearly half of all newly created wealth.

“While ordinary people are making daily sacrifices for basic necessities like food, the super-rich are living lives that would not even seem real in their dreams. Profits from just the past two years alone were enough to make the last decade the best period ever for billionaires. The 2020s have been a boom for the world’s wealthiest,”

— says Oxfam Director Gabriela Bucher.

“Wherever one looks, one encounters tasks that people are immediately capable of solving completely. Capitalism prevents this.”

— Lenin

As Lenin said, the problems are many. But the only force that creates these problems is imperialism. The source of these problems—U.S. imperialism—therefore cannot solve any of the issues facing the peoples of the world. Even if it were part of not 66 but 666 institutions, it would solve nothing. Because the sole concern of the United States is to make its monopolies even richer. Neither its own people nor the peoples of the world matter to it in the slightest.

Today, the peoples of the world are struggling with hunger, poverty, drugs, gambling, prostitution, and many other problems. The United States is the state that leads this degeneration. It is a state that massacres the peoples of the world with bombs, kidnaps a legitimate head of state like Maduro, and applies corruption as a policy against both its own people and the peoples of the world.

In conclusion:

  • The United States no longer even feels the need to maintain the pretence of acting in the interests of the peoples of the world. For this reason, it announces its withdrawal from 66 institutions. This is a result of the weakening of U.S. imperialism. As it weakens, it intensifies its war against the peoples of the world.
  • U.S. imperialism is the principal enemy of the peoples of the world. Therefore, acting in the interests of the peoples is contrary to its nature.
  • Imperialism thinks only of its own interests. It does not care what becomes of the world or how the peoples of the world live. The only thing it values is the interests of U.S. monopolies.
  • For all these reasons, socialism is humanity’s only path to liberation. The only system in which wars cease, exploitation of labour ends, and people live in peace, dignity, and happiness is socialism.

FORMER U.S. PRESIDENT TRUMAN SAID:

“AMERICA CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT BEING A WORLD SYSTEM.”

In order to become a world system, U.S. imperialism has issued 25 American National Strategic Security Documents since 1947.

It has carried out 350 coup attempts and 72 regime changes. Did it become the ruler of the world? It did not.

On the contrary: Have all these American National Strategic Security Documents, regime changes, coups, and massacres gone down in history as documents of the defeat of U.S. imperialism? They have. To see this, it is enough to remember Vietnam!

We say it now, in advance: The American National Strategic Security Documents issued on November 25 will also go down in history as documents of the defeat of U.S. imperialism.

Of this, we are as certain as our own name.

Because we know Lenin’s analysis of imperialism, we know the economic and historical characteristics of imperialism, and we think accordingly. Lenin says:

“Imperialism is the highest stage of capitalism. The first stage of capitalism is free-competition capitalism. Monopoly capitalism is its second and final stage.”

And he lists the economic and historical characteristics of imperialism.

The Economic Characteristics of Imperialism:

  1. The concentration of production and capital, leading to the emergence of monopolies.
  2. The merging of bank capital and industrial capital, forming a financial oligarchy.
  3. The export of capital becoming dominant.
  4. The division of world markets among monopolies.
  5. The division of the world’s territories among imperialist powers.

Its Historical Characteristics:

  1. Imperialism is monopoly capitalism.
  2. It is parasitic and decaying capitalism.
  3. It is moribund, dying capitalism.

Lenin defines imperialism as parasitic, decaying, and dying. Dying means the moment just before death. So, can dying U.S. imperialism establish a world system? Can it become a world empire? Impossible. Why?

Because the historical fact is that socialism has defeated capitalism. It destroyed the capitalist order from below upward and built socialism from above downward— in one-third of the world.

What does this mean? It means that no matter what U.S. imperialism does, no matter how many documents it issues, this reality will not change.

It means that it cannot prevent socialism from once again coming to power.

Because: The wheels of history turn forward, not backward!

Because: Socialism was once lived—and the peoples learned it.

No matter what imperialism does, it is impossible to erase or prevent something that has been lived and learned. Whatever happens in the world, if we think according to the historical and political characteristics of imperialism, then what are these 25 American National Strategic Security Documents? They are programs of imperialist aggression. They are the national security documents of U.S. imperialism.

When we think this way, we correctly understand what imperialism wants to do and what it is preparing to do. We do not allow imperialism to occupy our minds.

AMERICAN NATIONAL SECURITY STRATEGY DOCUMENT (ANSSD)

When viewed through Lenin’s economic and historical analysis of imperialism, what are these American National Strategic Security Documents? They are documents in which the United States programs what it will do and how it will do it in order to rule the world—documents issued to extend its lifespan by one more day. These documents contain the interests of dying U.S. imperialism. They contain how these interests will be enforced through violence.

To live one more day, dying U.S. imperialism plans attacks against the peoples of the world, massacres, and forced occupations of countries. It plans so-called “colour revolutions.”

In short, in a single phrase, all of this exists so that U.S. imperialism can prolong the moment before its death.

So then— Does fear benefit fate? No. Not at all. Because imperialism continues to dig its own grave. The age of imperialism is the age of proletarian revolutions.

Why did the United States feel the need to issue its 25th National Strategic Security Document?

  1. Because the U.S. has lost its former power.
  2. To stop its collapse.
  3. To preserve its declining hegemony.
  4. To maintain the power of its financial and technological monopolies—Google, Amazon, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, BlackRock, JPMorgan.

WHAT WILL WE DO?

  1. There is only one path: to walk in the footsteps of the M-L and revolutionary leaders to continue fighting for revolution — the only liberation — socialism.
  2. To organise the people against imperialism’s new colonial policies.
  3. We will confront imperialism’s new colonial policies with an organised people.
  4. We will resist everywhere against imperialism’s policy of occupying minds.
  5. Against the policies of submission imposed by imperialism and its collaborators, we will resist. We will organise resistance. Wherever there is resistance in the world, we will be there. We will unite the resistances. We will organise solidarity with the peoples of the world. We will put internationalism into practice.

Imperialism will be defeated. The peoples of the world will win.

WE ARE THE PEOPLE. WE ARE RIGHT. WE WILL WIN.
