What is the reason for so much attacks on 45 square kilometres?
It is resistance.

- The imposed demand for disarmament takes away the right and legitimacy of resistance.
- By presenting “peace” as a security imposition, it deepens the fear of permanent siege.
- The massacres committed during the occupation will not be held accountable.

- Under the name of economic development, the plan aims to build new colonial relations.
- Items like “free trade zone,” “foreign investment,” “tourism and reconstruction” are envisioned to open Gaza to imperialist capital. In other words, the new order to be built from the rubble will be for international corporations, not for the people. This is a form of capitalist recolonization.
- We can say very clearly that the disarmament and amnesty clauses are aimed at suppressing the resistance. Offering “amnesty” and an “exit”
to resistance organizations is to undermine the legitimacy of resistance. The suppression of forces opposing the occupation of Palestine serves the continuation of the imperialist order. This encourages surrender, not revolution.
- THE LANGUAGE OF THE PLAN ECHOES THE IMPERIALIST “CIVILIZING MISSION.”
Phrases like “restructuring,” “technocratic governance,” “peace guarantees”
recall the “civilizing” projects European imperialism brought to old colonies in Africa and Asia. This is not a plan — it is the Balfour Declaration of the 20th century.
- An institution like an International Stabilization Force (ISF) is said to ensure stability. What stability will it ensure? It will ensure the stability of imperialist colonial relations. In the name of stability, it will institutionalize exploitation and occupation.
The International Stabilization Force (ISF) is another name for imperial occupation.
- This “force” the U.S. and its allies will set up is a legalized form of occupation.
- It aims not only at military but also at guaranteeing continuous economic, political and administrative control.
- This force is the gendarme of the capitalist order, not of the local people.
The plan’s underlying logic: the law of the strong → Israel and U.S. interests.
- The plan does not question Israel’s occupation or war crimes.
- On the contrary, it centres Israel’s security and treats the safety of the Palestinian people as secondary.
- This is not international justice but the legalization of imperial interests.
The goal is not peace but the restoration of class and national domination.
- What this plan targets is not a peace but a functional control and “crisis” management.
- The fate of the poor people living in Gaza is to be rewritten for the benefit of bosses, international capital and Israel.
- The destiny of the working Palestinian people is to be taken from their hands.
PALESTINIAN REFUGEES’ RIGHT OF RETURN IS CONSIDERED ABSENT FROM THE PLAN.
- The situation of the millions of Palestinians exiled since 1948 is ignored.
- This is the continuation of a historical injustice and the endorsement of colonial usurpation.

TRUMP’S 20-POINT GAZA PEACE PLAN (FULL TEXT)
- Gaza will be a zone cleared of radicalized terrorist elements and will not pose a threat to neighbours.
- Gaza will be reconstructed for the benefit of the population living there.
- If both parties agree to this offer, the war will end immediately. Israeli forces will pull back to a pre-designated line to prepare for the release of hostages. During this period all military operations — including air and artillery bombardment — will stop and front lines will be fixed.
- Once Israel publicly accepts the agreement, all living and deceased hostages will be returned within 72 hours.
- After all hostages are returned, Israel will release 250 prisoners serving life sentences and 1,700 Gazans detained after October 7, 2023 (including women and children within scope). For each returned Israeli hostage’s body, 15 Palestinian bodies will be returned.
- After hostages are returned, Hamas members who accept disarmament and commit to peaceful coexistence will be pardoned. Those wishing to leave Gaza will be granted safe passage.
- As soon as the agreement is accepted, full humanitarian assistance will be delivered to Gaza. This aid will include rehabilitation works such as infrastructure (water, electricity, sewage), hospitals, bakeries, rubble removal and road clearance.
- Entry and distribution of aid will be carried out through the United Nations and other international institutions without obstruction by first or second parties.
- Gaza will be governed temporarily by a technocratic, apolitical Palestinian committee responsible for public services and administrative affairs.
- This committee will be overseen by a new international transitional body called the “Board of Peace”; Trump will be appointed chair of this body.
- An economic development plan will be created for Gaza’s reconstruction; this plan will be developed with expert panels and investors.
- A special free trade zone will be established; tariffs and access terms will be negotiated with participating countries.
- No one will be forcibly removed from Gaza; those who wish to leave may do so and may return. However, staying in the area will be encouraged.
- Hamas and other organizations will not have direct or indirect roles in Gaza’s governance. Tunnels and military infrastructure such as weapons-manufacturing facilities will be destroyed and not rebuilt.
- Regional guarantors will ensure Hamas fulfils its obligations; New Gaza will be guaranteed not to pose a threat to neighbours.
- Israel will not occupy or annex Gaza. As ISF secures safety, Israeli forces will gradually hand over occupied areas; final withdrawal will depend on security being ensured.
- If Hamas rejects the plan, the above steps (especially aid operations) will be applied in areas cleared of terrorist elements.
- Dialogue among different faiths will be encouraged; the aim is to promote tolerance and a culture of peaceful coexistence.
- As Gaza’s reconstruction and reforms advance, a credible roadmap toward the Palestinian state desired by the Palestinian people may become possible; the U.S. will facilitate dialogue to define a peaceful political horizon between Israel and the Palestinians.
- The U.S. will engage in dialogue to agree on a political horizon for peaceful and prosperous coexistence between Israel and the Palestinians.
